Dear Chapel Hillers,
This is your invitation to our Advance Commitment reception.
As in all significant issues of life, there comes a time when we move from conversation to decision and from decision to commitment. We have reached that point in our “20 Years of Grace” Campaign endeavor. We have prepared our minds with information and opened our hearts through prayer. The Advance Commitment reception is our opportunity to trust God for our future, and make our personal “20 Years of Grace” commitment, as led by the Spirit.
You can look forward to an inspirational program, wonderful fellowship, and delicious food. Our time together will conclude with a brief program and each of us receiving our personal commitment packet. Some are already thinking about creative ways to participate and may be ready to complete and return a commitment card that evening. Others may want to take the information home to finalize their thoughts and prayers and return the card by the following Sunday. Our commitments are private. None of us will be expected to publicly share our gift amounts.
Please do not miss the joyful celebration. With thankful hearts we wait to witness what our awesome God can and will do in and through us in the days ahead. Thank you.
