HEALTH AND WHOLENESS
This retreat offers a unique opportunity to engage your whole self in many topics and areas of health and wholeness in the pursuit of happiness. Happiness comes from within. Our retreat cannot give it away, but we hope to equip you with tools and experiences that empower you to live well. We hope you engage these experts in their fields and learn more about ways to experience your life with renewed gratitude and intention.
The retreat features 16 sessions organized into four workshops: Community, Spirit, Mind and Body. Each 50-minute session is facilitated by an expert in the field who provides useful information, relates the session to overall health and wholeness and fields questions. Choose four sessions on topics ranging from parenting, community organizations, Tai Chi, massage therapy, identity, essential oils, yoga, core conditioning, dance for cardio benefit, chiropractic care, strengthening your back and prayer beads.
